There are more than 4,400 undergraduate admissions scholarships awarded by the University of Toronto, as well as its faculties, campuses and colleges.
Eligible high school students (including international applicants) are automatically considered for a variety of admission scholarships when applying to the University. Scholarships and denominations vary by division, faculty and college.
There are also admission scholarships that require a separate application, and others that require you to complete a rewards profile.
The University of Toronto offers admission scholarships based on merit and / or financial need. Our main awards are the National Scholarship Program, the President’s Scholarship Program for Excellence (PSEP). and the University of Toronto scholarship program.
The majority of our admission scholarships are awarded automatically. A separate application is not required for these merit-based admission scholarships. High school students are automatically considered for merit-based scholarships as part of the University of Toronto admission process.
The U of T also offers awards based on criteria such as financial need, academic merit, Aboriginal origins, first generation students, demonstrated leadership, etc. A separate supplementary request must be submitted for these prices.
